Marine Deal - Türkiye dış politikasında değişime gidiyor

Tüm bu gelişmeleri T24 ve Şalom Gazetesi yazarı Karel Valansi değerlendirdi:

"Bir süredir Türkiye-İsrail ilişkileri olumlu yönde ilerliyor. Ancak sembolik bir değeri de olan büyükelçiler atanmış olmaması bir pürüz olarak duruyordu. Bu nedenle Türkiye ile İsrail’in ilişkilerinde tam normalleşme kararı önemli bir gelişme. 

Türkiye son dönemde dış politikasında bir değişime gidiyor. Sıkıntı yaşadığı bir çok ülke gibi İsrail ile de ilişkilerini normalleştirme adımları atıyor. İsrail tarafı bu durumu olumlu karşılıyor ve Türkiye ile ilişkilerini düzeltmek için çaba harcıyor. Ancak İsrail tarafında temkinli bir iyimserlik hissediyorum. İlişkilerin gelişmesinden memnun ancak uzun yıllar ikili ilişkilerde yaşanan olumsuzlukların neticesinde bir güvensizlik de var. Bunu düzeltmek zaman ve çaba gerektirir. 

Öte yandan bölgenin istikrarı için bu iki önemli ülkenin ilişkilerini yoluna koymuş olmaları önemli. Her konuda anlaşamayacaklarının bilincinde diyalog ve diplomasi yolunu seçmiş olmaları önemli. 

Şimdi iki konu var takip edilmesi gereken. Büyükelçiler kim olacak ve her iki ülkede de seçimler yaklaşırken oy getirecek olumsuz bir seçim söylemi olarak Türkiye veya İsrail kullanılacak mı.

Filistinliler konusu, Hamas konusu ve enerji konusu halen ilişkileri bozabilecek potansiyele sahip. İsrail ikili ilişkilerle ilgili söylemlerinde ticari ilişkilerin geliştirilmesini ön plana çıkarırken Türkiye’nin bölgede bir enerji hub’ı olmak istediği malum. Doğu Akdeniz Gaz Forumu, Negev Forumuna da girmek istediği ve ABD ve İsrail ile ilişkilerindeki bir düzelme ile bunu başarabileceğini hesapladığını da söyleyebiliriz."

Panorama Asks: The NATO Summit in Ankara

On 7-8 July 2026, NATO’s heads of state and government met in Ankara for the Alliance’s 36th summit. It was the second time Türkiye has hosted this gathering since Istanbul in 2004. The summit came at a difficult moment for the Alliance: a fifth year of war in Ukraine, growing pressure on European allies to turn defense-spending pledges into real industrial capacity, and continuing uncertainty over Washington’s long-term commitment to European security.
