Facebook'un terör saldırılarındaki çifte standardı tepki topladı

Şalom Gazetesi köşe yazarı Karel Valansi Sultanahmet saldırısının ardından sosyal paylaşım platformu Facebook'a çok haklı eleştiriler yöneltti. 
Fransa’nın başkenti Paris'te DAEŞ'in düzenlediği terör saldırıları sonrası konuya duyarsız kalmayan Facebook yönetimi kullanıcılarının profil resimlerini Fransız bayrağının renkleri ile değiştirmesini sağlayan bir özellik sunmuştu.
“Fransa’yı ve Paris halkını desteklemek için profil resmini değiştir.” ifadesiyle sunulan özellik ile mevcut profil resmi üzerine Fransız bayrağı renkleri ile filtre yerleştirilmişti.
Facebook'un 30 milyon kullanıcısı bulunan Fransa ile terör konusunda dayanışmaya giderken, 40 milyon kullanıcısı bulunan Türkiye'deki terör saldırılarına kayıtsız kalması tepki topladı.

Şalom yazarı Karel Valansi, twitter hesabından Facebook'u eleştirerek "Facebook neden İstanbul saldırısına sessiz kaldı? Neden 'güvendeyim' düğmesi çıkmadı? Neden Türk bayrağı ekleyemiyoruz profil resmimize?" ifadelerini kullandı.

Panorama Asks: The NATO Summit in Ankara

On 7-8 July 2026, NATO’s heads of state and government met in Ankara for the Alliance’s 36th summit. It was the second time Türkiye has hosted this gathering since Istanbul in 2004.
