İsrail Seçim Sonuçları ve Ortadoğu’ya Yansımaları


Kadir Has Üniversitesi Uluslararası İlişkiler ve Avrupa Çalışmaları Merkezi (CIES), 23 Ocak 2013’te Seçim Panelleri Serisi’nin ikincisini düzenledi. Kadir Has Üniversitesi Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölüm Başkanı Mitat Çelikpala moderatörlüğünde gerçekleştirilen panele, Kadir Has Üniversitesi Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümü öğretim üyesi Salih Bıçakçı, Sabancı Üniversitesi öğretim görevlisi Louis Fishman, Siyaset, Ekonomi ve Toplum Araştırmaları Vakfı (SETA)’dan Ufuk Ulutaş ve Şalom Gazetesi’nden Karel Valansi konuşmacı olarak katıldılar. 22 Ocak’ta yapılan 19. Knesset seçimlerini takiben gerçekleştirilen panelde, konuşmacılar İsrail seçim sonuçlarını analiz ederek, bu sonuçların Ortadoğu için doğuracağı muhtemel etkileri tartıştılar.

Salih Bıçakçı İsrail seçim sistemi ve partiler hakkında detaylı bilgi verirken günümüz İsrail politik tablosunu da açıklamış oldu. Güvenliğin İsrailliler için en önemli konu olduğunun altını çizen Bıçakçı, İsrail- Türkiye arasındaki ilişkilerin normalleşmesi için iki ülkeye de görev düştüğünü belirtti.
Louis Fishman İsrail’in kuruluşundan bu yana sağ ve dindar partilerin gücünden bahsettikten sonra günümüz Knesset’inde sağ ve sol blokların eşitlendiğini bunun da barış için önemli bir adım olduğunu söyledi. İsrail halkının yüzde 60’ının iki devletli çözümü desteklediğini hatırlatan Fishman, kurulacak koalisyonun Türkiye’den özür dileyeceğini düşündüğünü söyledi.
Karel Valansi erken seçime giden süreci anlattıktan sonra anketlerde öngörülemeyen bu sonucun sosyal adalet protestolarının sandığa yansıması olduğunu belirtti. Ortadoğu’da aktörlerin değiştiğini ve İsraillilerin kendi başlarına bölgede bir şey değiştiremeyeceklerini fark ettiğini belirten Valansi, bu seçimlerin ABD ile olan ilişkiler başta olmak üzere İran, Suriye, Filistinliler konularına etkisinden bahsetti.
Ufuk Ulutaş seçimlerin İsrail ve Filistinliler sorununa etkisine ve tarihi Türkiye-İsrail ilişkilerine değindiği konuşmasında, İsrail’in Türkiye ile olan ilişkilerinde Filistinlilerle barış sağlanmadan normalleşmenin uzun süreli olamayacağını belirtti.

Panorama Asks: The NATO Summit in Ankara

On 7-8 July 2026, NATO’s heads of state and government met in Ankara for the Alliance’s 36th summit. It was the second time Türkiye has hosted this gathering since Istanbul in 2004.
